TERMS OF SERVICE

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Sales tax will be charged on California orders.  All items may be subject to sales tax based on state specific laws and the new internet sales tax legislation regardless of your location.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Customers will be notified by email when the order is received, and with shipping updates. $300 shipping rate for deliveries in the lower Continental U.S. (does not include Alaska or Hawaii) only. For any other orders, please contact us directly. Delivery does not include setup. Local services can be arranged at an additional cost by contacting us directly.

We advise that you immediately unpack items upon receipt to inspect for any possible damage during shipping. You must do this in the presence of the shipper and note any damage on the shipper’s paperwork. If any damage is present, it is the customer’s responsibility to immediately contact us to make a report. Sometimes, minor damage including small scratches and marks may be present on the item and represent normal wear from product packaging and transit. This damage does not warranty refusal of delivery or a product return.  Significant damage must be refused.  If the freight is accepted, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

All orders may be picked up during regular business hours. To ensure your order is ready when you arrive, please contact us at (714) 701-9486 to let us know when you'll be picking up your order. Authorization must be given in advance for anyone picking up on behalf of the customer listed on the order.
